We always carry out our transfers in high quality vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz classes E, S and R; Skoda Super B; Audi A6 & A8, and Volkswagen Passat. For transfers of larger groups we can provide people carriers for up to 8 people and minibuses for up to 16 people, all of which are new models and are equipped with the latest technology.

We do not operate shared transfers as our pricing policy allows us to satisfy our clients’ needs by providing effective and personalized door to door private transfers. The price that appears when you introduce your details is the total price per vehicle and includes luggage, taxes, waiting time in the airport etc. You will not be faced with any additional charges as you only have to pay the price that appears on your reservation.

Normally our vehicles can take one suitcase per person. If you are travelling with additional baggage such as golf clubs, bicycles, pushchairs etc., please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can provide you with the appropriate type of vehicle.

We always provide direct transfers from the airport or other pick up point, to the hotel or location that you request.

When you arrive at the airport or train station in Málaga, your driver will be waiting for you, and holding a sign with your name on it. In the airport, once you have collected your luggage you should head for the exit sign in the arrivals hall. Our drivers normally wait on the right hand side of the hall, directly in front of the tourist information office. Please be aware that at peak times, the driver may be slightly delayed. If this is the case, please be patient and wait close to the tourist information office as your driver will shortly arrive.

In our web site you have 4 payment methods; pay the driver in cash or by credit card, make payment with Pay Pal or ONLINE card.

We can provide child seats and booster seats at an extra cost of 5€ per seat. Please take into account when making your reservation that children and babies occupy a place in the vehicle just as an adult would.

As required by European law, all of our vehicles have the obligatory insurance and transport license which covers both the driver and the occupants of the vehicle. The security of our passengers is our main concern. Please be aware that there are many people offering taxi services illegally as they have neither the license, nor the insurance to carry out this type of activity.

In order to avoid problems at the airport, we suggest that your pick-up time should be approximately 3 hours before your flight departure time. For example: If your flight leaves at 10:00am, your pick-up time should be 07:00am. For longer journeys it’s advisable to allow extra time just in case there are any traffic problems en route.
No. It is not permitted to smoke in any of our vehicles.
We all know that flights can be delayed but there is no need for you to worry. Our drivers will keep a check on your flight’s progress and will always be waiting for you when you arrive.

Tips aren’t included in the price and there is no obligation to tip the driver, unless you feel that the he has been courteous and friendly and you wish to thank him for his efforts.
